its a very wonderful company. I consider my self lucky that i have worked for this company . This company ranges from website content writing to development and its maintenance with great efficiency. working environment is too good. The owner of the company will never let you get demotivate, you always get a good support so that you can work without pressure.

Dislikes

There is a lot of meeting for company growth, which sometime break focus from work that is it.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
