Bad working culture, politics are too much , company,s hr are very worst. Appraisals are not fairs. You have to satisfied with only 5 %increment which is low from inflation rate. After 10 years your salary can't be double. Please don't join tp is trap.

Dislikes

Manager oriented company , manager got hansome incentives even working staff don't get for their hardwork. Managers using staff's shoulder for safety of own job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
