The group is big no doubt about it. But no sales services. No motivation. 3 reviews in a week and it's a regular practice. Toxic culture and big pressure without any sense.

No words, it's no use to work here at all. Plz, travelling submission is again a big challenge. Meter counting is there with pics.

It was my first job, I got wonderful exposure and experience on how corporate functions and also how to manage time and balance multiple task at the same time, e.g replying email, receiving call, attending meetings, solving teams query etc. Job was really interesting. Teammates were really supportive. They were all like minded people.

Absolutely no growth, job is not secure, I have seen some of my colleagues getting fired without giving notice. Company policy is pathetic, there is a bond of 3 years. Had not got half of final settlement amount, they said it will take six months to process it once I put my resignation. Contacted HR several times but all my efforts got wasted. Your world revolves around your work and your home. Absolutely no idea/knowledge about outer world once you joined. You won't get leave easily. If you apply for 3 days leave there is chances you only get one day off after listening to an hour of lectures about how it can hamper productivity....Read More

There’s nothing to be liked about my working here as they don’t have any vision. The decisions are made on their likes and dislikes for the people . The management is a group of psychos, terribly lacking professional ethics and behaviour. They physically, mentally harass people to their own motives and benefits to an extent that people quit either by themselves or are laid off

Lifts not allowed for employees but only for VIP. No campus. No good projects. Late appraisals. No one can speak or bring ideas. No respect. Many other basic restrictions. Don't join unless have no any other option.
