Culture , unplanned work , unplanned load distribution, internal partiality (south side people are preferred ) , internal monopoly of work and new learning’s , ignorance to your pint of view and ideas , only to do what is asked n to follow blindly without asking, no knowledge sharing , monopoly mentality like if everybody starts learning then concerned value will be decreased . If you want to think n do something different then will be scolded. No proper planning of any APQP ACTIVITY , everything’s become urgent at a point of stage , no internal bonding and brainstorming in between departments. Every one here react be like Einstein and attitude like Virat Kohli . Only thing that can be done is to warn every single job aspirant out there that "if you have any skills, they would spoil it, if you have agression for work, they would blow it away overtime, and if you have confidence upon yourself, then they would break it" Nothing but a real life KGF, has money but they will make you a slave, not an employee.
