Appraisal and pay scale is great in this thinksys

Lots of cheap politics is there, managers play with the future of senior resources, no value of experience and skills, only value for those who are the favorite of managers and lead despite not having any technical skills, if you are a lateral hire, just forget about the growth, keep working hard and your managers won’t let you climb the ladder, they are very much insecure of there subordinates, even management is not interested in listening your issues, they will always back their leads and managers. Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
