Great product, hard working product leads, supporting seniors ( UK people ), less work pressure

Dislikes

No learning, your manager is link between you and UK people so he twist the messages and play unprofessional by giving false promises, they don’t need talented people they only need people who can read the document and do as mentioned, after a year or two your growth stops. There heigher management is still not stable yet. The management always keeps on changing. UK office works on there own and Pune office has to follow ECS ( sister company ) policy. Even HR has no idea which person is leaving or asked to resign as they are only there for hire people thats it, everything else run by manager n management. Very poor management....Read More

Its interesting for first few months and then its boring as less development and more clerical

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
