First of all whoever is regarding this, I know you might have seen the images in google maps and thought it would be great place to work but it’s not. You work is really not appreciated nor they they allow you to grow. You need to just keep your mouth shut and work. They workplace is very small, you don’t get tea breaks or in between work any breaks , yo ill have to sit morning till evening the lunch timings are fixed. Sometimes you need to work after office hours as well and even on Saturdays. After working there what i feel is there are little outdated and they don’t have the mindset to learn and adapt newer things fast. What I like about our company is that my thoughts and opinions are heard. Recently I was able to share a new process that can ease out our dev process and that was implemented. Its always best to work in small teams as you learn more and also earn well.

Dislikes

We can have more structured fun events. Sometimes, its difficult to be present at fun events if its not planned along with our schedules.
