Work pressure is very high due to unprecedented targets and lack of manpower. GA head is Supreme here & it's a contractor driven company that makes a deadly combination for Employees, all the contractors working here is having a reference from higher authorities so they can dictate you through them that makes work highly frustratingmost of the times. HSSE & Quality is good on paper and everyone talks of the same in almost every meeting but it doesn't get followed in real. If you are a HSSE & Quality professional, please don't join this company as you will be hammered from both sides from HO & GA level and you will not have enough authority to act on the deviations.COO & MD both are very aggressive and they will threaten each and every employee of resignation in each and every meeting. HSSE Department is a scape goat for management.If you want to use AG&P as an intermediate company to jump to other organisation and increase your salary little bit then it is a good company to join.HR department is paralised as they only act on the command of GA head & COO, they will not be able to provide any support to their employees in case any employee needs it....Read More

1. Job responsibilities for an employee is not defined and your responsibility will be changed after every week and then you will be told that you not contributing as per standard. 2. Marketing Department is a place where people join for better opportunity as they join and get irritated by psychopath manager and leave with better opportunity. 3. GA Head for Ludhiana GA is man with arrogance and doesn’t even know the basic etiquettes to talk respectfully with employees. He is dumb, impractical and incompetent to lead any team. 4. The office is great place to sharpen your boot lickings skills as few people in the office have mastered this trick and surviving on this skill only. 5. The GA has merely 40 employees but inter department politics is always a top priority. Even after such small number the minnows of each department act like they are working in some MNC’s are keep playing the leg pulling games between themselves. 6.
