I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the positive changes we’ve seen in Theobroma’s HR department recently. With the new team members in place, there has been a noticeable improvement in communication and issue resolution. Employees are now receiving timely and helpful responses, and issues are being resolved on the spot, which is fantastic to see. I’d especially like to highlight Mintu from the FOH department, who has been doing a great job in supporting the FOH team and ensuring that problems are addressed promptly. This is a significant improvement compared to last year, when we faced delays and struggled with getting timely responses. It’s encouraging to see how the HR team has become more efficient, and I’m happy to report that over the last six months, the support provided has been consistently good. Its very very worst experience i work with this company 5 yrs but last 2 yrs after handover taken by investor nothing is good management not good at all even Hr not supportive. Very bad very bad

This review is regarding the contact center of Theobroma located in Deonar. What I liked about this job was that the work is very simple; you just need to attend inbound calls, which is typical for a call center job. However, there are many aspects that I disliked.

Dislikes

There are lots of office politics, no growth opportunities, and the salary is also very average. There are no leave benefits; we have to beg for a day off, even for emergency leave, and provide all documents, even in cases of family deaths, where there's no humanity shown. Moreover, the worst person there is Pooja Yadav, who is a team leader and runs all the office politics, manipulating people without maintaining professionalism. They try to bring you down if they feel you will be promoted. Additionally, there are allegations of illegal substance use during shifts, with Pooja Yadav's support.
