Except for the Food products and customers, there is hardly anything else one would like at THEOBROMA. Brand is in business due to customer loyalty , owing to the product taste & quality

The management does not have a futuristic plan in place for growth of the company , nor for its people. The company operates on a dictatorships model.Things /policies get changed overnight.HR is a mere function with no authority over people well being , nor plan of growth for staff working for over 5-10yrs on the same designation. A typical company , operated just like any other Lala company.

Theobroma Bangalore management are not good they just want work and work. they never thought about the employees. they just what to maintain there standard and there quality from the guys who even don’t know about the standard and quality .
