Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Themis is a very old company but lot of politics and they compare themselves with multinational company and their expectation is very very high from manager.Even when someone is doing wrong and we are informing seniors or HR no action has been initiate.Salary is very less and chances of career growth is restricted as company is not performing, development and chances of promotion is nil.duriing last 2 year almost 40 field staff has left the company only from uttar pradesh. Themis is good only in manufacturing but not in marketing and sales.No proper strategy and working blindly in the market....Read More
