Not up to the mark .. it's just a name .. in CTC breakup they mention Potential Incentive however they never released in their records of 5 years even though it's part of your CTC. They give u big offer and they adjust it with ur Potential Incentive... worst part of Wadhwa Group

The job security is good in the Wadhwa group. I got to face many challenges in the company which made me learn a lot.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Being a fresher, the Wadhwa group gave me the most challenging fast to handle, while I handled that but in the mean time It gave a lot of negativities which I didn’t like. There should be a balance but the negativity is more .

It was hectic and boring sometimes. Quite challenging but no excitement
