Cons: Very good company culture. Management is very supportive and flexible on part of work life balance. Weekly 2 days office only and cab provided at flexible timing. Lunch and snacks are provided at cafeteria without any deduction.

1. Try to switch resources (who eager to move)to modern technology teams for their growth, not becoming stagnant on same kind of technology and work. 2. Misleading salary structure and stock plan by ANSR. Company not taken any steps yet to compensate the loss of salary in terms of stock options. 3. Poor hike and biasness, favouritism. 4. Salary not as per retail product standard like Walmart, Wayfair etc....Read More
