Extremely toxic work culture people are not welcoming towards new joiners and are known for groupism and ganging up. If you are bright they will all want to put you down, cut you out, not let you make a point because everyone here is full of insecurity. Your work is not going to be appreciated or acknowledged despite the effort. At a managerial level they will expect you do intern level work and waste your time and energy in the most non value adding task. Very horrible Experience working with sleep company upper management very unprofessional COO,karan singla have no sense of running company he run company like a circus.

Upper management are very unprofessional special karan COO very unprofessional and inhuman nature,he is out of retail sector, Brand head lokik a crime partner of karan singla.both guys are jocker working in a circus not in company.guys please not join this company.Very horrible upper management in this company.

This company is lead by a unprofessional CEO Karan Singla. He has no manners what so ever to behave with middle mngt as well as front end work force. He acts like a dictator and is not from retail background.

Dislikes

The main dislike is the higher management lead by Karan Singla. He has no knowledge of retail working atmosphere since he is not from retail. He uses foul language everywhere on the floor in the meetings everywhere. He is not scared of anybody since he has got some stake in the company. Not a good fit for any professional.

COO Karan very unprofessional & he is not deserve for this designation. Taking way are also very poor like a uneducated person. His unprofessional decision are always harmful for company. His behaviour like a Peon. Not deserve for this position.But no one ask a question because he per-mote as a family person not a real COO.

The worst company that I have worked for till now. I worked with the company for almost 2 years in Emails and calls both, but there was nothing to learn. You only learn how to play politics in the environment. There is too much favoritism and politics. If you suck up to your manager and give them everything they want, you get good appreciation and fast growth. But if you are doing hard and good work, you still don't get any promotion or appreciation. Promotion and appreciation are only for people who give the manager tea, snacks, and sweet words.
