If you are in mid-level management, the senior management will drive you insane! This company has nothing organized (from folks to SOP/matrix). Your KRA covers a huge portion to manage on a daily basis and the KPI is limited which makes no sense since you are working on a lot of things but get judged only on a few things. You will stand far away from R&R sessions. You will be brutally grinded in monthly sales reviews no matter how well your cluster/area/zone has performed. The management will not hesitate to slit your throat since the blade of termination is always on your throat. You are the decision-maker of your team and no matter how logical and analytical your decisions are, you will be questioned from a pretext of humiliation. You only learn how to play politics in the environment. There is too much favoritism and politics. If you suck up to your manager and give them everything they want, you get good appreciation and fast growth. The leadership here is a joke. The CMO is blinded by his ego. The Director works with him is literally useless & he is in the organization because he is in favourites of the founder. He hires people (only females) based on looks rather than talent and founders (the lady) shamelessly plays favourites. The DTC team is a circus led by a spineless head, surrounded by sycophants.
