The school has a good work life balance. Another plus point is teachers come from various cultural backgrounds who are happy to collaboration.

Dislikes

Being an esteemed institution, the school should invest in professional development rather than investing in tactics to advertise the school itself. Trained teachers in terms of pedagogical and technological skills are expected to unlearn and learn chalk and talk way of teaching under the pressure of a colleague teaching the same subject and holding a higher position. I would never like work at this place again as I already wasted my one year here wherein my takeaway was zero learning. I would request the management to stop playing with the lives of children in order to satisfy their personal ego and fear. 21st century school is far far to be achieved.
