Good work environment and culture.Fortunate are those who are part of Ramco family. It is not only an organisation to work but to lead a meaningful and successful carrier as well. This is a fact for all employees. During covid time company take care of its employees health by giving additional health insurance benefits to all.

Dislikes

I feel when the company name itself starts with the word 'RAM' which means the Lord who remains our idol for his great character can't be in dislike list.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
