In recent years due to several changes growth is slow which is resultant of a bit of groupism favouritism from the peers. The work pressure is very high. Authorities do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation , but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes....Read More

The institute provides a work life balance.It is staff friendly and is one of best institutes in the city.Also , it provides maximum 4 classes in a day
