Then the process is to beg your reporting manager multiple times to regularise it. 4. Strict notice period of 90 days to be served. 5. New work assigned during noticeperiod even if handover is completed and New employee hired. 6. Bonus / performance pay is not paid if employee resigns even after end of appraisalcycle. (day light robbery) 7. Regressive HR policies 8. Micro management right from leadership. 9. Focus is only on keeping employees engaged beyond bandwidth even if it results in nothing. 10.
