That it's a indian own company, owners could have renovated and made some high end hotel, because it's in the heart of the city.

Dislikes

Poor management who just think of revenue and not about their staff growth...even when they hire people the HR plays with their career.

I left this company because of certain people in the management position and they believe in dictator ship and no leadership. including the HR and departmental head. Whatever they say you have to accept or else there will be consequences. Not employee friendly at all.

Dislikes

No facility as an employee you will get. The management is really bad they don't will never take care of you. Don't work here.

No healthy and friendly Employee work environment and no motivation, full of dirty politics, Worst HR m, No HR interaction, no HR 2 way communication, HR him self is not Employee concerned or employee friendly.zero employee retention, no exit interviews, no open forums, worst GM, worst HOD’s and worst HR I had ever seen in my 12 years of career. I will never recommend anyone to work here.
