The school is very organised and systematic.The School management has been very supportive throughout the pandemic.They provided devices to many teachers so that they could take online classes.The school took all the necessary steps to sanitise the premises.

There is a lack of upward mobility even if you have the relevant qualifications and experience. The authorities are not approachable and you cannot share your dilemmas or issues with them.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
