Co-workers are a plus. Without them, survival would have been hard if not non-existant
Dislikes
I feel compelled to address the toxic work environment that has been perpetuated under the leadership of the boss, Mr. Repudaman Chabbra. It is disheartening to witness a consistent pattern of behavior that not only undermines the employee's morale but also hinders their professional growth. The pervasive culture of fear, intimidation and favoritism has created a hostile environment where open communication and collaboration are nearly impossible. The boss' frequent displays of aggression, belittlement and micromanagement has left the employees feeling undervalued and demoralized all the time. It is essential to recognize that a healthy workplace should be built on mutual trust, respect and fairness rather than constant criticism and evident disregard for the employee's well-being despite it being an organization that caters to the mental health of others. There is a persistent lack of transparency, communication and respect within the organization that has created an atmosphere of fear and uncertainty....Read More
