The salary and incentives - Constant delays in payment of salaries prior to COVID the delay was average one month. During COVID it is 6 months without pay.

This organisation gives lot of scope for teachers to learn more and enhance their knowledge through continuous training programmes. The team spirit, working conditions are very good. The company treats all its staff as a family member and always encourages the staff to perform well.

Dislikes

The constant changing of support staff creates lot of disturbance in the smooth running of the centres.

My job as a teacher requires me to bevigilant and on the toes constantly. I have to be innovative with my teaching techniques.

Team spirit, we are one family attitude towards all the employees. New n innovative approaches n techniques are taught every year to enhance the teaching skills of teachers.

Dislikes

Constant change in teaching staff, support staff n administration staff. This again requires time to create proper understanding, communication n rapport with new staff. Sometimes the team spirit gets lost.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
