Nothing, top management are so egoistic and most of the management is from Sales and they don't have any sense of there behaviour with there employees. Don't judge this company by reading all positive reviews they all false and force reviews. HR have ther own attitude and no sense of any job. don't have any HR policy, salary date is not fix. Hiring and firing employees on egoistic design.

They have there own call center for ther own employees to harass them and ask them to what u done in the day and reporting. Don't expect for FNF after leaving the job.

Uneducated management. HR are more arrogant than upper management. No salary on time for example you will get a salary of jan month in feb end. Stupid and fake upper management. No job security All VP's are uneducated persons. On every event of company the head office ask to come to Beed ( one of the district in Maharashtra). They can terminate you on any stupid point. Also they have one of the stupid legal team to track all this negative social reviews about the company to take legal action against the reviewer person.
