It’s excellent education impartment techniques along with good teachers.

Dislikes

The authorities have changed the principal director and other teachers which do not able to bring back those facilities and excellence that this school used to have. School is in deteriorating condition as forced resignation has been taken from teachers as I hv seen in one of the recent YouTube videos.

Dislikes

Management differentiation. Comparing new teachers who maybe just a year or 2 old with the ones who have been working there for years expecting all to be at par. Everyone has negative and positive points in them so individual observation is important as well. Keep looking at negative overlooking positive will lead them nowhere. Right now itself they r short of staff for whatever reason.

A lot more is expected no matter even if the person is working in The Khaitan School for the first time. Expectations of all to be perfect is not fair.

Presently all well. Doing good. Enjoying and learning alot with teachers who have been working here for a long period. Training and counselling sessions happen regularly which builds up the confidence of the teachers and help them enjoy their work.
