Management is not able to watch contribution of middle and lower management and take care of only top level executives like GM or above. This is surprising that retired officers of army kept here on high positions without any experience of concerned department and work and they growth very fast without any individual contribution. Work freedom is here but work recognition and reward is absent.

I enjoyed my work a lot as most of old employees are not interested in the work and they very easily left the work for you if you own the same. I imposed a strict discipline in the premises . I have given a very innovative drinking water system.

Company doesn't pay salary on time. There's continues backlog of 7 months since long. Pathetic living conditions without any essential facilities e.g. fan, almirah, AC/cooler, table etc. Even officer at GM level have to share small room with common washroom. No coordination within departments , everybody is at his own. Only two Sundays are off in month.
