Worst compensation. No rewards for those who are holding responsibility and working day night for plant improvement. Almost everyone gets promoted whether performing or not every 5 years and get approx 3% hike. Annual increment is 1%, that too not linked with performance. Worst place to work for honest, intelligence, knowledgeable people. Welfare is big zero. No mechanism to acknowledge the good work of employees. There is lot of poltics. There is big list of designations, even some of them are rare and unknown. Very slow career growth....Read More
