The Company Name and Innovation is very good. I love the Company Event Department In WIRC and WIRC Department some time Help in another department. Another Article Department not proper guidelines in Student. Me and My Calling Team working is Very good in All India CA Student Sole any regarding query solve in 2-3 days Properly.But Me and My Team More Time Working load and another department work in more than some time. Compensation id decent, but growth is very slow. The Work Pressure is very high Sometimes. Some time work Me and My team more working load another department Employee.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
