They are with traditional work style, conservative and resources are a problem. Some very strict unnecessary rules but were really good with paying to the staff even during pandemic time. Principal is very knowledgeable.

Dislikes

Unnecessary Restrictions which are not required, resource crunch and when you need to run from.pillar to post to organise them but perfection is expected from u.

She neglects her health and puts others welfare before hers.Tanya has no shades of grey and calls a spade a spade,but it is always good for the person

As I have known her for the last 12 years,she has great leadership qualities and is a great principal to work with as she has risen from a teacher to a vice principal and then to a principal,hence knows how to handle teachers and the problems a school can

Extreme amount of irrelevant work. No work life balance at all, lot of humiliation faced by employees, bad work culture, pathetic teammates. One person doing job of three people, Would never recommend anyone to work here.
