There’s nothing positive that I could write abt ihcl.

Dislikes

The company was good this is wht i used to hear before joining but when i joined everyone here yelled at this company. Management is pathetic. They think they are above everything even the law it seems. I’m not sure if RATAN TATA sir knows Wht exactly is happening in ihcl. I’m sure he would have never supported such kind of thingsunder his rule. This is not the TATA company which he and his family built it. I can never forget how bad i felt working in this company. I wish I would reach to mr tata and asked for his help. Bec I couldn’t expect the current management to do justice with me....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
