This is a good platform to enhance the knowledge in the area of teaching process. Very cooperative ,helpful and kind colleagues always ready to help beyond the expectations. I get chance to travel and explore different places while hikes and tracks.

Dislikes

Salary is a issue and lack of opportunity . Lack of innovations and beliefs of old education system like more emphasis on academic not on other cocurricular activities which makes growth slow . Long working hours and not a single word of appreciation work pressure is high.

Healthy working environment which i found under the captainship of current Director Honourable Mrs & Mr.Anand only , company policies from recruiting till relieving is upto the required standard . The Director couple approach towards emplyees are so humble and courteous provided emplyees also follow the professionlisim.
