It is a good place to work. Most of the bosses are fine and you don’t feel like you are working under them, but with them. No unnecessary yelling, office politics etc. that we see in other media houses. That’s one reason you stay here.
Job security - Good
Company culture - Good
Dislikes
Salary sucks. People with same skill sets and work profile have varied salaries. You may have a friend in the same field who started off with you, but has climbed up the ranks while you remained here. He may also join here as your senior. Promotions are scarce and may take 8 to 10 years. Some people get in 3 to four years, but that depends on who you are working with and how fond they are of you.
Salary - Poor
Promotions - Bad

The best thing about this organisation is work-life balance. There is genuine consideration when there are health issues. Depending on the HOD, there is room for innovation to some extent. There is immense job security.
Salary - Good
Job security - Excellent
Dislikes
Appraisal and hike are bad. There is no recognition for hard work. Favouritism and elitism are dominant across editorial. There are no challenges unless you are self-motivated.
Promotions - Poor
