Things are very flexible in working with Company, The CEO (Nishant Mishra)of the company is very down to earth, Such a single personality person, throughout my career, he has taught me ,helped me multiple times, personally & professionally both. Such a man of actions he is. Usually you barely meet or may be It's not easy to have a chat directly with CEO's in the companies you work, However unlike other companies, THP is very flexible, you can anytime visit the office and meet him in person, he never says no for a conversation. he surely takes out time from his damn busy schedule. you speak out if you have any doubts. Any business related queries will shortly be answered. It was really fun, working with them. Almost everything. Pathetic work environment, thanks to few old members. As soon as you enter the sales bay (client side), you sense the negativity creeping in. Few old people are bullies (Especially a female named Sakshi and couple of her changu mangu). They are well supported by HR and Management. These people won't stop commenting on what you are doing apart from your work (which makes absolutely no sense). These females will comment on the way you dress, the way you carry yourself and they won't even stop spreading rumours about your character. Great experience working with the group in my last 1 month. Training has been great, the support from the Senior team members (Uday and Rishabh) and the director of the Inside Sales Anirudh sir has been unwavered. On time salary payouts, and nonover time expectations

Dislikes

Nothing yet, has been a very smooth ride so far. However have been told no WFH which is ok but would have been great of it was possible once in a while for emergencies.

I won't talk about other teams as I'm not aware of it. I will only talk about the sales teams which sits at the Mastech Digital office. There is a new manager who has joined or WAIT, the ex-manager has rejoined to handle the sales team. He left a year ago, switched a couple of companies and then returned to join and replace the teammanager who was doing great. Few people in the team like a female named Sakshi Sharma and a male named Uday Maheshwari has created a pathetic work environment for everyone. These people have spread endless negativity within the team and are well supported by the HR Head, Anchal and the founder of the organization. Assasination of characters is very common for these people and even the senior people and females are not spared. And as usual well supported by the HR Head who is also a part of the so called posh committee.
