The liberalisation. Your thoughts and inputs will have values and contributions will be praised. The scope to learn values is phenomenal. The dharma (moto) of school is great.

Dislikes

Everyone is so into the system that we end up with a lot of work in hand simultaneously. The learning is vast and experience is life long. Once you join it, you don’t want to miss any opportunity

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
