The company has a sustainable pace of work, workflows are organised around timelines and calendars making them optimal and manageable. Flexibility and work durations may depend on the employee level you are at, it is still decent. Office is a lush farm which is a big plus.

Dislikes

Company has strict hierarchies, and inter-department politics, even though a lot of effort is put into concealing it. Their yearly routine of appraisals and promotions is mostly pointless. Raising promotion requests is discouraged prior to a year. Make sure to land a satisfying package as you may not get a satisfying raise later.

Zero growth. People are working blin the same position for last 10-15 years. They make you work like labours 10-12 hrs a day, lifting heavy cartons, dusting, opening stock, packing stock. Too much politics, priority is given to the people who run after the manager always. The manager taunts & de motivates you even after hard work and give warnings of less appraisal every now & then. No job security, they shift anyone anywhere anytime. No skill enhancement no training even the managers are working for around 20+ years coz they can’t speak basic English & have no other option to go in this industry and it is easy money for them just sitting in the store drinking tea snacks all day & taunting and abusing the staff under them....Read More
