The work was good - as in, the matter to work on. Peers are cool. Annual appraisal on the mark. Very chilled-out environment, but it kinda gets noisy.

The thing that I hated the most was the extensive working hours. Yeah, it's a production house, but big whoop. The compensation was just peanuts for food allowance (past 10pm). No extra compensation as such, irrespective of the endless number of hours that you put in.
