the agency people are are very petty and childish in APM they are the worst. the designations are confusing and like a trap to on board experienced employees

The work was good - as in, the matter to work on. Peers are cool. Annual appraisal on the mark. Very chilled-out environment, but it kinda gets noisy.

The thing that I hated the most was the extensive working hours. Yeah, it's a production house, but big whoop. The compensation was just peanuts for food allowance (past 10pm). No extra compensation as such, irrespective of the endless number of hours that you put in. Also for me, my weekends started to be snatched which I couldn't deal with, Yeah, they say you'll get comp-offs to compensate, but I literally had to beg for it for days, weeks, months, even....Read More
