I dislike the prevalence of office politics, the lack of competitive salaries and appraisals aligned with market standards, and the emphasis on degrees over skills. Additionally, favoritism within the workplace creates an uneven environment that can feel discouraging.

Cheap, dirty politics. No scope for growth. HR is good for nothing. Don't trust the HR. It's an very very old school. Management is very very self centric. Even I feel shame to call these rotten apples as management. They are ruining the company for Thier self centric reasons.
