One of the worst, they contacted me through Internshala and were ready to assign me an internship but when I repeatedly asked them to give me work they never assigned me. At least have the guts and courtesy to let us know whether your organization wants to assign work or not.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. Unprofessionalism. Kabhi bhi meeting rakh denge. Bina inform kiye. Every intern just wanted their money and certificate back. Bas isliye sabne muh band rkh ke organization ko tolerate Kiya. There is fcking no culture. I am not saying there are bad people or the work ethic is not good. But the way they handled the interns and their pathetic communications skills. The company is very much professional about its vision, goals and ethics. The payment is appropriate and within times and the project managers are well behaved, decent and polite.

Dislikes

The project we were currently working upon got blacklisted, which was a major setback for the workers since we were dependent on this projecr for basic needs.
