Politics, no respect for nurses, too much work pressure, don't give proper salary, poor behavior of HR DEPARTMENT, TOO MUCH POLITICS, hostel for staff nurse is very bad, food is bad, there no facilities for staff nurses, there is no respect for staff nurse, they are forced you to work in your day off, they don't give you your pl, cl, sl, they force you to work extra 3 hours daily..

I feel that by working here for a more than 7 year that the job security is very minimal.

1.First of all there is no stand behind nursing staff,if the patient cmplaint a worng thing about nurse .. 2.pressure .overall pressure is going through nurses.Like why medicines come late,why Dr not round till now,why discharge clearance is not done quickly, why GDA is not avavilable etc etc .... 3.Seniors behaviour are very rude sometimes.... 4.sometimes our working hours extended 7 hours .like most of the we missed our first bus and also second bus beacuse of work load....Read More
