Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Working experience of CMRI was not excellent because work culture is not upto the mark,indent the prescriptions by junior nurse had no limitations that's why we the pharmacy staff serve the prescriptions over whole night and morning also.

Really, we are getting tremendous support. Almost four months, the hospital authority arranged vehicles for us. Even now they have given complete freedom for duty choice and roster.

I suggest to all employees who wants to join Finance & Account Department please 🙏 becare full from old employee. They will ruined your work life balance. No body will care about you there is huge,huge politics and game. Some of employees will have no work and they will even sleep in office hour into office and some of them have towork on even on Sunday and late night. 1.First of all there is no stand behind nursing staff,if the patient cmplaint a worng thing about nurse .. 2.pressure .overall pressure is going through nurses.Like why medicines come late,why Dr not round till now,why discharge clearance is not done quickly, why GDA is not avavilable etc etc .... 3.Seniors behaviour are very rude sometimes.... 4.sometimes our working hours extended 7 hours .like most of the we missed our first bus and also second bus beacuse of work load....Read More
