No body will care about you there is huge,huge politics and game. I wasn’t associated with the hospital for a long time but the only thing that mattered was probably the Brand image that it was a pretty old established hospital among it’s counterparts.

Let me start. I was called particularly for clearing the accreditation certificate from NABH which I did within 3-4 months of my stay. One should know, I’m from the Quality Department which looks after Quality Assurance & Control in the hospital sector which itself works with a team of Quality personnel. A minimum team needs to be of 2-3 individuals in the Department, be it a 200/100 bedded hospital. CMRI is a 400+ bedded hospital & I was the only Quality personnel trying to manage all the compliances of the hospital. Everything was close to impossible. Yet the expectations of results were always hammered upon. No motivation, no positivity with a downright ill-equipped management. Seems unbelievable?
