Everything... Basically, People should not be involved in Politics by doing networking with the previous company employees or other people who are nowhere concerned with the job. Every Individual should be given space to work without useless politics. As long as my work doesn't affect people there, they should keep their mouths shut and do not meddle or interfere with my work.. I know my work and I need not hear comments about my personal life from the colleagues.. I went there with a lot of expectations (as far as Work Culture is concerned) but it's not even 30% of my expectations... Colleagues need not intetfere in my personal life for no reason..
