For learning and for personal growth it is a good platform to work with.

Dislikes

No value of individual work , even manager never appreciate for your achievements . Sometimes , I have to work for Saturday and Sunday and we get no compensatory off for that. No professionalism among the management . They could hire or fire anyone they want at any time. Appraisal they give are very bad.

I enjoyed working with the staff and managers, we had lots of stuff about the store look and upgrading of the visual look of the store and I have effecient in helping managers shelf management and other work. Helping the accountant in cash management while any required time. I am not working there currently but I would have been there then it would have been so much fun and I may have been at a bigger post with at least a store under management of me with some staffs....Read More

I cannot say that they were any bad for me or my career, always supportive and have helped in creating myself with better knowledge. No dislikes about The Bombay Swadeshi Stores.
