It overall has a unique way of inculcating values in the little ones and help them.grow academically, physically and socially to face anything which comes their way. Today, where I stand is only because of The Bishop's School. Had a wonderful journey in Bishop's my second home.

The working culture, no benifits, lots of after school work, too many cocurricilar activities. No proper planning or foresight. Never know which Saturday you are off hence cannot plann ahead.

Good work environment and culture.Colleagues are very co-operative.The Administrative Heads are very approachable and tackle every difficult situation in a appropriate way.The three campuses are huge and pleasant designed with a student centered view in mind.Company policies are goof with good appraisals and bonus every year.

What I dislike is not working there anymore as I had to relocate to another country.

Excellent colleagues, no career growth, salaries are yet to be structured in accordance with the 7th pay commission, as anywhere, politics is always on the high.

Dislikes

No career growth and salaries need to be restructured according to the 7th pay commission which is due for a very long time, teachers need to pay for their children's education...it is not offered free as most of the school's around the country do.
