Due to this Covid-19 where other companies are giving advances to their employees here, The Basics Digital Solutions were deducting salary but the salary was not issuing we also understand the situation but in this case, the employer should be polite and soft with their employee but here the director talks with his employees like:"tera kya hai tu bata tera target kitna hua", " business to lana padega teko fir tu dekhle k see karegi nhi to teko nikal denge. this is not the way to talk with anybody even with your children so how can you communicate like this Mr. Aniket Goyal.If you are on the position of Director level you should be respectful for employees and you should not interfere with HR`s work if you want to do HR`s work then why you guys keeping HR in office.
