I don't interested working in The Bangalore Hospital.but i have a problem about many that is the only reason for joined this job.And i am searching for job if any vacancies are in other company still waiting. I am also a waiting for release in this job.because there is no use for my life, and also there is no increment in my salary. I joined in 20/11/2017 still my salary is 7214 only.But there is no option for me, because finance problem, and there is no influence for me....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
