Joining The AEC Associates has been one of my best decision. As an architect, finding a balance between work and personal life is often a challenge, but at AEC, it's achievable. AEC is a good platform for everyone's growth. Compared to other companies of same industry it has a calm, happy work environment. Time to time work appreciations are there, teams and seniors are supportive.

There is nothing to dislike, but sure management needs to work on team bonding.

It's quite good, job responsibilities are challenging, but it helps to grow. I got a chance to work on different kind of projects that helped to play different roles and get chance to learn more.
