excellent team of teachers though i had huge issues to make them understand me,good training by cbse,sahodaya and zee learn.like every management i too faced issues but had a,comfortable atmosphere to work.i have nothing to comment upon the salary and other benefits.i could wonderfully balance my life and work.travel was comfortable as used my car.

Dislikes

there are few team members who over looked principal and maintained personal contacts with management was a major issues hampering my work.this in many ways disturbed my work and my peace and mindset,

Work Details

it was challenging as i am the only person looking after administration and academics.but very interesting .when i took over the strength of the school was 380 and now it has crossed 1000
