I like nothing about this company.

They are the worst people to work with. These group of female who run the company right now, are the worst. They abuse verbally even when work is done. They threaten and start body shaming. No company has such environment. I went through a lot of mental torture and trauma. Had to quit quickly.

Regular work flow for around 7/8 months in a year, but the payment schedule is 60 - plus days.

The environment is like low grade body shopping company. The CMD never comes in the group for any discussion or dialogues. It is managed by a Crook named Prachi Singh (who can speak Bengali) and her Hellish accomplices. The content managers are mostly females. They will not allow any topic other than work related queries in the group to be discussed, while they can abuse you to any limit. They cut TDS of 10% to 20% without providing any slip. The work submitted is also subject to SCAM. Your 2000 word article is cut short to 1500 words or may be less. While posting article on an old and cranky dashboard your Google word count will show less. In one of my articles it showed 250 words less than Google word count. The female content managers are abusive.... All salary hikes are Bluffs. The pay per word is sometimes as low as Rs.12 for 40 words, from that 10/20% TDS is deducted. The normal pay per word IT/Computer Science assignments are also low. The senior writers are bullied and abused in group and threatened with throwing out of group. I had a great experience working at this company.especially in the earlier days.the manager (Soumya sir) was highly effective and the quality of work was excellent.it created a positive and productive work environment.

While completing 1 year @ the company I experienced significant challenges, project and manager got changed leading to hectic work environment.training was null.just a single time. unfortunately even after completing task there was dissatisfied reaction/taunts/harsh words from the manager.
